Paired with the finest craft beer around, we use the best local and regional ingredients to create from scratch our not-to-be-missed hot sauces, house-smoked meats and so much more.
We do not offer catering at this time.
We do however, offer a variety of platters (that serve 4-5 people each) on our individual shop menus. This option works well for folks looking to set-up their own self-service taco/burrito/fajita bar.
The platters include your freshly made food (packed in re-heatable tins), but not the serving utensils, cutlery, napkins or plates (you will need to provide those to your guests). Using the platter option allows everyone to assemble their own taco, burrito or fajita.
You'll want to place your order directly by phone, between 2pm-4pm, with the shop you will be picking up from, up to one week prior to the pickup date. These orders are accepted on a first come, first served basis, based on business flow.
Platter orders can be ready for pickup around 2pm normally, however we can try to accommodate other pickup times if we have enough notice.
